Out on Beer Business and in Office, writing letters etc.

Very cold day and snow on ground.

Wrote to Mr G.H. Elam, Schoolmaster at Oakamoor, to say that I should postpone my lecture indefinitely - as I had found that it would noy pay me to lecture such small places.
