Afternoon - To Alton with Frank Tipper and horse and trap to see Gent and took valuation paper - also to Turnditch farm and inspecting same regarding furnishing preliminary estimate of approximate value for fixing sale reserve.

Evening - Office forwarding Bagnall's license etc etc see letter book.
